MEDICINAL CANNABIS FACILITY, SA

We are currently delivering a 4,000 m² facility on behalf of a private client, licensed by federal regulators. The project entails the redevelopment of an existing industrial premises to be one of the worlds first organisations to not only be manufacturing cannabis extract in ISO grade clean rooms, but also plant cultivation processes in rooms of similar grade.

Other notable design elements consist of significant secure perimeter fencing and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), Schedule 8 storage rooms and warehousing capabilities, controlled environment chambers and R&D laboratories which provide facilities for subsidiary research facilities.
