Bennett Architecture provided design development and construction documentation services to the local linen clearing service facility, located in Darwin. The proposed 4,400m2 facility comprised of four main areas; administration, receiving, clearing and pack out.

The complex state-of-art linen equipment and monorail sytems were designed and installed by the German linen manufacturer. Additional reviews and clash detection processes were implemented to ensure that all services including structural and equipment were ocations are not clashing throughtout any stage of construction.
