TARAKAN APARTMENTS, nt

This is the proposed residential scheme for a mixed-use development in the peripheral Darwin suburb, Johnston. Bennett Architecture were engaged to develop the concept design and assist in the town planning lodgement for the client who was a private developer.

The demographics of town zoning dictated the vision for this project with the combination of residential units and commercial outlets to create a friendly neighbourhood hub. The entire site includes 3,500m² of commercial retail and 42 units with adequate commercial and residential parking.
