TANG STREET OFFICES, NT

Albertoni Family Trust commissioned this project to provide additional warehouse space for the growing demand of small business owners. It required a functional design with storage and warehousing at rear and street front commercial office spaces on the ground and floor above.

Features such as the linear precast concrete panels formed the skeletal part of the building but also provided a subtle visual separation of small tenancies. Together with the use of lightweight steel and cement sheeting meant the internal spaces created we durable and palatable for tenancies of all kinds.
