Bennett Architecture's head office is located in Coconut Grove, easily accessible from the northern suburbs and the Darwin CBD. This area is coastal with a rainforest fringe, close to nature and the off shore breezes. The office is in a light industrial area and includes a mezzanine layout with open office spaces and meeting areas.

The whole design internally can be opened up to natural ventilation and has skylights to ensure a comfortable and friendly office environment. Externally the office has a palette of materials to create an interesting response to its industrial and tropical surroundings.
