WADEYE POLICE STATION, NT

Bennett Architecture was engaged by Sitzler as architectural consultants for the design & construct project which was completed in 2016. The complex consists of a new police station and supporting accommodation for the officers in the community, as well as asset storage facilities and communcation infrastructure for the NTPFES.

Considerations had to be made for the durabity of materials and the ease of construction, as developing areas in remote communities of the NT is not an easy task. Some areas can be cut off for months at a time due to the rain duing the wet season, making access impossible.
