THE HEIGHTS, NT

Bennett Architecture & CIC design team collaborated in this masterplan to deliver design and documentation near the satellite town of Palmerston. This development of the Heights produced a high‐quality designer suburb close to transport arterials, Palmerston City Centre, Gateway Shopping Centre and with height, breezes and views towards the Harbour.

The design caters for a mix of housing and land options, from 250 to 1000m2. There is an extensive range of parks and reserves which utilize the existing CDU lake with has future lakes planned. The site is close to Palmerston golf course and water park and has a planned community centre with regular events.
