ZUCCOLI ESTATE DEVELOPMENT STAGE 3 & 4, NT

Working in conjunction with Costijic Group, the designed urban plan contains commercial, residential, multi‐residential, educational and greenspace areas.

Our design interlaced the topography with green connecting ribbon areas such that it is possible to navigate the area to nodal points without crossing many roads. These ribbons are also used for draining the site. The site adjoins ecologically sensitive Mitchell Creek and has considered influences of insect areas off Darwin Harbour. The educational precinct enables a Catholic and Government school together with shared facilities such as oval and Gymnasium. Suburban sales of this precinct have been good given the poor timing of the cycle highlighting the masterplans value to buyers.
