The concept for an alternative luxury tourism project in McLaren Vale stemmed from wanting to create accommodation lodges situated within the vineyards, an experience which other accommodation in the area did not offer. The intent is to scatter a network of self-contained upmarket units throughout the vineyards which offer spectacular tranquil views of the surrounding areas.

The site itself, being naturally graded allows for excessive setbacks and screening landscaping where necessary. Placed in the centre and at the highest point of the site, there is a function facility and restaurant providing amazing views.
