Bennett Architecture were sub contracted to provide architectural services for the major industrial interior fitout and refurbishment of the PowerWater Ben Hammond Complex. Our commissioned works included recycling of the existing structure and selection of materials chosen for their environmental value and embodied energy.

Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems were selected with sustainable technology utilisation. Each department was represented with a different colour pallet which created dynamic workplaces for the teams, promoting a sense of ownership and enpowerment.

PowerWater have praised the results of this project. This project displays our ability to provide a cost effective and successful approach to environmentally sustainable design.
