Bennett Architecture were engaged to provide the design and construct documentation for commercial facilities in Palmerston for commercial contractor, Ahrens.

Showroom sales and office areas with supporting amenities and back of house loading and storage area at Yarrawonga Road. Construction is of tilt up concrete warehouse with metal framed mono plane roof to deliver an efficient cost solution.

Additionally, the design of internal road, parking and loading network to suit planning and client requirements.
