THE BOTTLE-O PIT LANE, NT

Bottle-O Pit Lane drive-through facilities at Yarrawonga Road were developed as a design for a local entrepreneur collective.

The design enables two express and one browsing lane while enabling larger vehicles to also drive through. Internally, there are showroom sales areas, supporting offices and amenities, fridge and freezer cool rooms and back of house storage with loading facilities suitable for forklift use.

As part of the design package, we provided the design of internal roads, parking and loading network to suit planning and client requirements.
