FANNIE BAY RESIDENCE, NT

Rowberry House is an interesting design response in a lesser known area in Fannie Bay, Darwin.

The site has elevated reverse views from the coast and inherits the old Darwin elevated design approach with added modern functionality and material responses. Other features include the use of large cantilevers, window fins, corner sliding doors and a multi-faceted roof.
